If you are a healer, coach, heart-centered service provider or soulpreneur, starting or expanding a business in the field of spiritual or personal transformation
Spoonbenders Academy is here to serve you.
In fact, I want to help you graduate.
Especially if you’re a new coach or healer creating a new business;
given all the different techniques and technologies (old and new) we work with you can easily wind up becoming a perpetual student in an effort to achieve the rank of well-prepared professional.
No matter how long or hard you work and how many modalities you train for, in an attempt to feel competent and worthy of your title. There will always be one more technique or gizmo or school of thought cropping up that you may feel certain you are missing.
Even several years into doing my work, seeing clients and teaching I was still unsure of myself. I felt like an imposter, like I didn’t know enough, wasn’t good enough to really help clients, and didn’t really deserve to get paid for it. I discounted (both financially and otherwise) the transformations and healing I was already facilitating.
I’ve spent years bowing to those fears. Spent hundreds of hours practicing and studying and invested thousands of dollars on programs.
The truth is, the kind of work we do, the kind of solutions we offer people, we’re kind of off the beaten path, outside the box, and well, kind of woo-woo and nobody gives out degrees for that sort of “career choice”
What about you? Does this sound familiar?
Have you trained enough, worked enough, served enough yet?
Are you enough?
Here’s the thing
This is not about learning enough.
This is not about doing enough.
This is about Being Enough.
It’s about embodying the truth of who you are, and giving value to what you have lived, how you have survived and thrived in what, for most of us highly sensitive healer types, feels like a caustic environment.
What will make you great at what you do?
Not one more protocol, not learning someone else’s version of what to do.
It’s knowing how to be. How to be you and bring your full presence and authentic self to the moment.
Being great at what you do and bringing the best to your client is an inside job.
Collaborating with your client from the truth of you brings forth something great.
I know now that Being Enough ultimately comes from your own perspective.
How you look at something makes an enormous difference in everything.
How you talk to yourself, what you say about about yourself and your world Matters.
It changes matter. It changes your energy – what you feel and what you radiate to others. When you get that, it changes your life.
Where does Spoonbending come into this?
As weird as it sounds, when I started teaching people how to bend a spoon using the power of their mind I realized I had in my hands (literally) one of the fastest, surest methods to prove how much your inner state matters.
I had perfected a crazy simple exercise that lets you experience your own inner strength, your ability to make use of your current resources and to demonstrate that you are much more than meets the eye.
Okay but that doesn’t make me a professional.
Well, here’s the thing –
They don’t give out degrees for this stuff.
The only training program there is ultimately is the one you are living.
What if I told you that you already earned the degree?
Your expertise has been forged by the fires you have walked through,
by your urgent wish to make the journey easier for the next one walking a similar path and your burning desire to be of service and make a difference in the world.
You have earned your PhD in making do and getting through, in learning how to transform yourself and being brave enough to help others do the same.
Are you feeling it yet? A little?
If you will spend a couple of hours with me, I will prove it to you.
You will see and feel for yourself just how ready you are, you will know that you are enough, in fact you are so much more than you even realize.
You will never be more ready than you are in this moment.
I can show you simple ways to be steady and trust yourself.
It’s time to show up, be you and give the gift that you are.
I am holding a masterclass specifically to guide you to honor your worth and step confidently into your expertise.

Are you caught in Stuckage? or “Your life doesn’t have to Stuck”
You know that place of frustration and stagnation where you have been itching to move forward, meaning to make change, want to express something, live your dream, make a difference but somehow it never happens?
Or maybe you keep trying to get things off the ground but it seems to be more false starts and detours just adding to the unease and confusion?
Maybe you are convinced you are not ready and you keep following shiny objects and teachers, on the lookout for the next thing, next training that will bring you the missing piece?
That may look like progress but really…… that’s Stuckage.
Stuckage sucks the creative force right out of you. Saps your confidence, steals your motivation and shuts down your connection to higher guidance.
It doesn’t have to be that hard. I know the hard road. I’ve walked it for many years. I’ve actually sat down in the middle of the road and cried in frustration many times
I have also found the path where it feels like
the ground just rises up to meet you and each step is the right step – because no step is a mis-step.
It can be an elusive path and tricky to follow. It takes some practice and dedication and a good guidance system. You have to keep choosing the easy path -which ironically is not so easy.
It’s the difference between living your life as a struggle against conditions or transforming it into a journey of grace and ease.
Sometimes all it takes is a little shift in perspective; a small tweak in the story you are telling yourself to get out of the struggle.
Unfortunately, that’s not where most of us spend most of our time.
Where do you get caught or discouraged or disappointed into inaction or even feeling like you are always 2 steps forward, 1 step back?
I want to give you a gift of this free audio. It’s a tool, a map of sorts to
take you on a journey to help you get unstuck, lighten your step and tap into your wisdom.
You will discover your capacity for limitless possibility and connect with assistance from higher realms. Go through and listen once or make it a daily habit.
Sign up below to get your free download.
Take the journey, you really do only need 10 minutes.
Then, I invite you, actually I encourage you, tol tell me how it went and schedule a FREE 15 minute session with me to tailor the process to you and your specific challenges.
That’s it – no strings, no catch.
What have you got to lose?

Can you believe it’s September? This summer went by super fast for me. How about you?
Right as everything might be getting more hectic
Is a great time to take a breath and learn to bend a spoon. I know it might seem pretty frivolous at first glance but if you look a little deeper you’ll see why I suggest it.
When I’m teaching how to bend a spoon there’s a whole lot of other teaching and demonstrating going on. What you are learning about and experiencing as you work with your spoon is how to find your own groove, your own zone of possibilities. It’s a place or rather a state of mind where what would normally seem difficult, even impossible can be approached with a light heart and accomplished with ease.
So think about it. Is there anything in your daily life, tasks, job, household that just feels hard?
Stuff you feel exhausted by, things you even dread having to do?
One of the things you are practicing when you attempt spoon bending is to drop the emotional baggage, the patterns, belief and the story of how it’s too hard, your too tired, there’s not enough time, etc.
To bend a spoon you step into the moment without story.
You step in with intention, focus, attention and a desire while not holding onto or holding out for a specific outcome. The result? You bend the spoon.
So say you’re late for work and traffic is thick and you’re getting upset and maybe annoyed with yourself and/or those around you. That kind of state is what helps hold that vibe and bring it with you into the next moment and the next and the next.
The spoonbender state says, “Here I am in traffic, I don’t know how this is going to go. I wonder if it’s possible to get to work on time? I wonder if I can get clear of this traffic? I’d like to be moving along and flowing easily toward my destination. At least, I can let go of the story that it’s bad or wrong or something.
Can you feel yourself relax a little bit with a different inner dialogue?
We are energy, everything around us is energy. And all energy vibrates at various frequencies.
As we vibrate and hum at a certain frequency the world around us vibrates in response to match our what we are sending out.
So, it’s really no surprise that the more you create a relaxed, comfortable state of being for yourself it encourages the environment around you to match and relax too.
Those kinds of changes can be hard to track. Even if you notice a sudden clearing around you – it can be hard to believe there was a correlation.
That’s where the spoon bending experience comes in. You can track that. You can correlate your state of mind with the state of the spoon. You can feel a shift in yourself at the same time you are able to shift the spoon.
See what I mean? That’s why I teach people to bend spoons – because you already can and do bend all sorts of stuff in life but you don’t necessarily know it and don’t really take charge of it. Bending by default.
So what if you took this spoon bending / mind bending example to heart and start to pay closer attention to what you are saying to yourself through the day. About yourself, about the people around you, about life? What if you changed your tune to a different vibration and then watched to see what happened next?
What if you started doing this and seeing changes? And because you saw it and felt it yourself bending your spoon – you can know and trust that
what you are noticing “out there” really does have something to do with what you’ve got going on “in here”
I hope you’ll join me for the next live webinar this Wednesday evening 7pm PST.

I’ll be glad to see you later.
I have struggled with deep depression for most of my life.
I always felt I had a mission and I always felt I was falling short.
I judged myself mercilessly. I was never enough. Going to bed at night meant facing the flaws and faults I hadn’t been able to erase or overcome in the day.
Waking up in the morning, before I even got out of bed I was already exhausted just from last night’s list and the thought of the struggle of the coming day?
When life feels like some endless set of trials and tests, standards and measurements that are out of reach it is depressing, and can make you wonder what is the point. I often wondered why would I want to stay. I often didn’t have a good answer.
This was true for me for many years. Even as a seven year old I felt I wasn’t good enough, strong enough, didn’t fit with others and didn’t measure up for myself
It took many years of counseling, personal growth, anti-depressants and love to keep my head above those murky waters. I managed. Still there was something crucial missing. I didn’t really trust myself, I didn’t really like myself.
With years of therapy I figured I “knew” myself right? Not exactly.
Without liking and trusting myself – first – what I “knew” to be true about myself was that I wasn’t okay as is. I was always training and straining with programs and protocols and trainings in order to wrestle and subdue my unruly, emotional, sensitive, imperfect self into someone I judged to be acceptable. I “knew” I had to figure out once and for all how to stop being so stubborn and unmanageable and fit myself into one of the available, acceptable boxes or slots- in life, in work, in love. There is no self-respect in that and it didn’t work very well. I continued to be unruly, dissatisfied and rebellious but I didn’t like myself any better for it.
A pivotal moment in turning this around was listening to an interview with Veronica Torres channelling Eloheim – a being of love and light with lots of wisdom, insight to share. They offered many useful tools but what really caught my attention was when they explained they have ONE RULE for us humans: Don’t be mean to yourself.
I took this as a personal directive and this required looking at myself in a different, gentler way. It required self-acceptance.
As I gave up trying to squeeze and fit myself into a certain pre-determined shape in the world I was able to see how the world and I fit naturally together. I saw my Self as one puzzle piece in the vast ever-changing picture and I began to understand that in order to be the necessary part of the bigger picture I had to be me. And from that perspective I could see, nothing is wrong.
I continued to soften toward myself, appreciate my authentic self and express my truth with others. More and more I was seen and recognized by people who got me, who understood and had similar journeys of their own to tell. Some people found courage to in my willingness to risk and I had a new found respect for my own journey and the piece of the puzzle that I am.
And one day I reflected on how far I have come with all of that and here’s what came through to be shared.
The empowering truth as told to myself, by myself:
You are not broken, you are not wrong, you are not a misfit – there is no “fit” to fit into – there is only you being the very you’est of you.
You did not come here to get fixed – you are not broken.
You did not come here, again, to be punished for screwing up the last go round.
You did not come here to be challenged and given lessons until you learn enough to finally get out of here.
You came here to BE here. You came here to be You. Be Here As You Are Now

Einstein said the most important thing is to decide whether this universe is benevolent or hostile.
That goes for the world “out there” as well as my inner world.
I’ve tried the hostile version. It was tight and uncomfortable , existence felt harsh and unforgiving.
Now I live in the benevolent universe where I treat myself with kindness, appreciation and respect. I view my life as an adventure best experienced in the present moment met with wonder and curiosity and neutrality. I am a chooser in how I experience what life flows to and through me.

We create and shape the world in and around us with our thoughts and beliefs and the vibes we send out. Each of us has our own unique awareness, wisdom and experience to share with the world. My goal in this workshop is to give you an experience of how powerful you really are.
In order to live the truth and strength of who we really are I believe we need to step into truly loving and accepting ourselves. My mission is to help you do that with ease and grace and humor.
I hope you’ll join me this Sunday for this free eye-opening and heart-expanding introductory workshop.
This spoon bending webinar went a little deeper than the previous training. I started off talking with folks who had previously bent spoons. There is a walk through of the process and lots of discussion about how and why and a surprising accomplishment at the end!
