Live Spoonbending Workshop • Zoom • 60 minutes
Bend the spoon. Change what you believe is possible.
This is not a trick.
It is a direct experience of what can happen when your energy, attention, and state come into alignment.
You may already understand, at least intellectually, that everything is energy. But understanding something is very different from experiencing it in your own body.
When you feel a solid piece of metal begin to respond in your hands, something changes. Belief gives way to knowing. And that change does not stay with the spoon.
Most people bend at least one spoon. But the spoon is not really the point. It’s the doorway.

It’s not really about the spoon
This workshop is not so much about teaching you “the way” as it is guiding you to find your way.
That’s what makes it powerful and useful. You find your way to bend the spoon so that you know how to bend your life.
Spoonbending becomes a way to feel, directly, how effort, doubt, attention, flow, identity, and possibility are all connected.
And when something that seemed impossible begins to move in your hands, something in you begins to move too.
What we’ll do
• Shift out of force and into flow
• Work with attention, presence, and your energetic state
• Notice what happens when you stop trying to do it “right”
• Attempt to bend one or more spoons
• Explore how this same shift applies in the rest of your life
Who this is for
• Spiritually curious folks who want an actual experience, not just an idea
• People who sense there is more possible than they’ve been taught
• Skeptics who are open enough to try
• Anyone ready to discover what changes when they stop forcing and start allowing
A few practical details
• Live on Zoom
• About 60 minutes
• Please bring 2–3 spoons
• Use stainless steel or silver plate spoons that you cannot bend easily with strength alone
• You’ll receive simple prep instructions after registering
One of the most powerful moments in a recent workshop came right after I said that. Several people bent their spoons when they stopped trying to follow perfectly, relaxed their attention, and allowed themselves to find their own way in.
What people are experiencing
This is what happens when people stop trying to do it right and let themselves find their own way in.

A little proof
I’ve taught spoonbending to folks from ages 8 to 80. In general, about 80% of participants bend at least one spoon.
Not because they are stronger. Because something shifts.
And even when a spoon doesn’t bend right away, something always changes in how people see themselves, what they believe is possible, and how they relate to effort, doubt, and flow.
My role in this
I’m not here to teach you the one right way to do this. I’m here to guide you into your way.
Because when you find that for yourself, you are not just learning to bend a spoon. You are learning something about how change happens in you and through you.
You do not need to believe it first. Come experience it for yourself and see what changes.
